Lightweight aluminum blades, a robot-welded high-strength steel hub and CNC-machined blade roots. Designed for large industrial towers, central cooling and district cooling.
Product description
Lightweight aluminum blades, a robot-welded high-strength steel hub and CNC-machined blade roots. Designed for large industrial towers, central cooling and district cooling.
Features
The airfoil section reduces drag and vortex loss across a wide airflow and pressure range.
Aluminum is about one-third the density of steel, reducing tower load and start/stop torque.
Robot-welded high-strength steel hub, CNC-machined blade roots and high-strength bolts.
Aluminum substrate with multi-layer coating for humid, general industrial and coastal sites.
Blades are bolted individually for straightforward inspection and replacement.
Diameter, blade count, blade angle and material can be matched to the tower.
